PROSTHESIS OPTIONS

Full Arch Fixed Implant Restoration Choices:

All-Acrylic Teeth In A Day  (TIAD) Prosthesis: An all-plastic fixed implant restoration is intended for short term use only.  Esthetics may not be optimal since an esthetic try-in is not possible.  There is a high risk for fracture of the  entire prosthesis with extended use.

Laser Welded Metal Reinforced Acrylic Prosthesis: A non-precious metal framework is  laser-welded to  stainless steel copings and incorporated into the acrylic prosthesis for increased strength and durability.

Milled Titanium Framework Supported Acrylic Prosthesis:  A custom computer milled framework of titanium is used to provide optimal strength and hygiene access for an acrylic tooth prosthesis.  This prosthesis is generally recommended for the lower jaw.

Gold Framework Casting Supported Acrylic Prosthesis:  A custom designed wax pattern is cast into a gold alloy frame for optimal strength and hygiene access for an acrylic tooth prosthesis.  This is the ideal replacement for a full lower arch.

Porcelain Fused to Titanium Framework Prosthesis:  A custom computer designed titanium milled framework upon which porcelain is custom baked directly to the framework to provide  esthetics and hygiene access. There is good resistance to wear.  Porcelain is applied directly to titanium.  This technology is  new and the long-term bond strength capability of the porcelain and titanium is unknown.

Porcelain Fused to Gold Implant Prosthesis:  A Custom designed gold alloy framework is casted from a wax pattern.  Porcelain is custom baked to the framework to provide excellent esthetics and hygiene access.  There is good resistance to wear.  This is a superior restoration for a full upper arch or partial segment and has a long track record for  success.

CM Ceramic Bridge: A solid titanium infrastructure uniquely designed to receive individual esthetically customized zirconium core ceramic crowns. This restoration is the most technologically and esthetically advanced form of fixed prosthodontic full arch rehabilitation and is the epitome of biomedical engineering using CAD/CAM technology to provide patients with precision implant-supported functional replication of the natural dentition.
